In his role as Head of Offer Management and Customer Success for Digital Services & Software at Schneider Electric, he applies an “outside in” approach to product management, customer service and marketing to ensure his organization remains focused on what matters most - customers and serving their needs. Daily, Cassidy and his team are responsible for the offer creation, SaaS customer churn, and marketing communications for the EcoStruxure IT and StruxureWare for Data Centers software suites.
